• Withdrawal: The process of transferring funds from your Account balance to your designated bank account or e-wallet.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Residential address

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all transactions, bets, and actions taken.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, we require all users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be asked to provide:

• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)

• Cancellation of pending withdrawals

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

369k supports deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your legal name and match the name on your 369k account.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are credited to your account instantly or within 15 minutes. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and banking hours. 369k does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 25,000 for e-wallets and Rp 50,000 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier. Deposits made outside banking hours or on public holidays may experience delays.

4.3 Deposit Limits

We offer responsible gaming tools including daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. You may set or adjust these limits at any time through your account settings. Requests to increase limits may be subject to a cooling-off period of 24-72 hours. Requests to decrease limits take effect immediately.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours for verified accounts during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 WIB). VIP members enjoy priority processing with faster timeframes. All withdrawals require prior account verification (KYC) to be completed.

Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name. We reserve the right to reject withdrawal requests to third-party accounts to prevent money laundering and fraud.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier and payment method. Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction. Higher limits are available for VIP members.

5.3 Withdrawal Fees

369k does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering Requirements

To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, we require that funds deposited be wagered at least once before withdrawal. This is a standard industry practice to prevent the Platform from being used for money laundering purposes. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information before processing withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

369k offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 10x-30x) before they can be withdrawn.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

In the event of a cancelled, postponed, or abandoned event, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned, except where settlement has already been determined. For live in-play betting, we reserve the right to suspend betting markets, reject bets, or adjust odds at any time.

• Using bots, automated software, or third-party tools to place bets
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain

Engaging in prohibited activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

10. Account Closure and Suspension
